Charizard ex Special Collection - Miscellaneous Cards & Products (MCAP)

No Guarantee of Specific Expansion Sets: The Pokémon Company frequently manufactures and distributes these products in multiple production waves, reprints, or regional variations. Consequently, the specific Trading Card Game (TCG) expansion sets, booster pack configurations, and art variants contained inside are subject to change without prior notice based on factory availability.

Factory Sealed Integrity: All products are sold strictly in their original, factory-sealed condition as provided by the manufacturer. Variation in the internal pack selection is a standard result of manufacturer production cycles and does not constitute a defect, an opened product, or a tampered item.

Final Sale and Return Policy Constraints: Because individual booster pack assortment is randomized and subject to factory variation, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be granted on the basis of receiving alternative booster pack sets, provided the outer factory seal remains completely intact.
